5th Grade Personality Traits

Next Wednesday fifth grade will quiz over their twelve new words that describe personality traits. Below are study materials you can use to familiarize yourself with the material!

• Flash Cards - Go over these to refresh your memory on what the words mean and how they sound!
• Scatter - Match the terms together and try to clear the board in the best time!
• Space race - Practice your spelling!
• Practice Test - Take this test and see how well you know your words!

7th Grade Test Review

• special tener expressions - Take this test and try to get a 100!

If you get done with all of this, make an attempt at the National Spanish Exam. Try to get above a 60%!

8th Grade Test Review

8th grade will have a test on October 3rd over the following subjects. Click on the links below for practice exercises.

• Ser vs estar vs tener - Type the correct form of ser, estar, tener, or - as an added wrinkle - hacer. Try to get a 100!
• Temporary states vocabulary - take this practice test to see how well you remember your vocabulary.
• Special tener expressions - Try to get to level 10 on this Space Race game!
• Nationalities - Another Space Race game. Try to recall the different endings for the various nationalities we've covered!
• Capitals of Spanish speaking countries - Try to get the best time on this scatter game.
• Bonus: the official Spanish names of countries - Some countries have "el" or "la" in front of them and accent marks that we didn't cover in class. Learn them for some extra points on the test!

If you finish with all of the above, then make an attempt at the National Spanish Exam. Try to get above 70%!

6th Grade Test Review

5th Grade Adjectives Practice

Next Wednesday the 24th we will have a matching quiz over our adjectives that describe physical characteristics. Below are some resources to help you study for them!

• Flash Cards - Go through these flash cards to refresh your memory on which words go together and how they sound.
• Concentration - Click the cards to flip them over. Try to remember where each card was and match the English to the Spanish.
• Scatter - Click and drag the words to their translation. Try to get a good time!
• Space Race - Spell the Spanish words correctly as their English translations fly by on the screen. Try to get to level 5!
• Practice Quiz - We won't be asked to spell the words next week, but this will help let you know how well you know your words!
