Let's practice making a composite image by cobbling together various PNG files we find on the internet. We'll start by making a simple cover for the Harper Lee classic "To Kill a Mocking Bird"

First off we need images, click below and download the items to your local disk or flashdrive.

Once you have them downloaded, open up GIMP.
